At HomeTown Physical Therapy, we’re proud to be Stephenville and Hico’s leading outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic—locally owned and operated by Mark Blackburn and Brandi Wood. With deep roots in the community, our clinic’s story began in 1998 as Stephenville Sports Rehab & Physical Therapy. In 2003, Mark took ownership, expanding the practice to three locations by 2011. Brandi joined as a partner in 2016, and together they opened a fourth location in Hico by 2018.
In 2022, the practice partnered with a larger healthcare group, expanding to seven clinics. While this chapter brought valuable growth and insight, Mark and Brandi realized their true passion lies in delivering personalized, community-centered care. In November 2024, they made the bold decision to sell four locations and retain the Stephenville and Hico clinics—rebranding them as HomeTown Physical Therapy.
